Emilia Group was born from a deep love with food, culinary experience, design concept. Starting with a vision to deliver high quality dishes combined with great restaurant concept creating pleasurable dining experience for every event, Emilia Group evolved into a restaurant ecosystem that offers diverse gastronomic experiences, ranging from authentic Italian cuisine, Japanese comfort food, steakhouse concept, to vintage cocktail bar concept.
The name “Emilia” which is the first restaurant of the group is inspired by Emilia-Romagna, a region in Italy, known for cheese and milk producing region, creating great classic Italian dishes and embracing the slow dining experience. This philosophy is reflected in how Emilia Group creates restaurants with warm atmospheres, quality menus, and memorable dining experiences.
